The wench is complete. The sleeves are still too long and it's a little loose (it's a blouse, duh), but overall I like. It's not my favorite but I'll wear it. Not with my painting shorts (as you see in the photo), but my long fab black skirt and a pair of sky high heels. A sweater like this needs some drama and something slimming on the bottom to balance it all out. So, off you go to the completed pile, wench.
Now my mind turns to a new project. I was thinking a shawl, but I have tons of red peeking out of my stash. Hmmm.....
**Edited to add: when I realized how long that sleeve was, I just took the scissors, cut it to the length I wanted, picked up the stitches and bound off. I have no love for the Jo Sharp yarn. Taking a scissor to it was theraputic.
BL, steady hands, please!!!
I love it! You finished it very quickly, and I'm glad you're satisfied. There was some talk of, ahem, rippage (damned Jo Sharp!), and I'm glad it remained just that :). Will you wear it soon so we can admire in person? :)

It looks amazing! I think the shape is really flattering on you, and I still love the color. Can't wait to see it in action.

I didn't "get" what it was supposed to look like when I saw it in pieces, but it all makes sense now. I like it! (It doesn't look like a Seinfeld puffy shirt.)
