Love it! Instead of using Rowan Cashsoft DK, I opted for Kraemer Tatamy Tweed in Oatmeal with bronze beads. So rustic! Gratuitous detail shot:

I'm also making progress on the cowl (also being made in Kraemer Tatamy Tweed). I added some waist shaping and am now down to the ribbing.
Kathy's design is just fabulous, I need to knit myself one. Problem is, I've no idea how to select the beads.

Great hat! You certainly knit that up quickly (or, I'm guessing, you got a sneak peak at the pattern). the cowl is looking great too.
