At Sunday knitting, there was a meeting of yarn
specifically "the great pumpkin" yarn that Loops, 2Ktog, and I all bought independently from Greenwood Fiberworks. Yarn from the same dye lot reunites in the Boston Metro area. Awww!
As a dark foil to my lovely bus ride with Emily: yesterday while waiting for the bus, I saw a woman spit through her front teeth. It's a damn shame to see all those deportment lessons go to waste.
Great minds like the same color?

gah! That hand in the foreground appears to have only a pinkie and thumb! Must've been a knitting accident. I still haven't started socks with mine yet - I am still searching for a good scale to divide the skein.

The ONLY thing better than those baby drawers is the malformed, two-pronged hand in the foreground! Is that a shout out to home and the Mutter museum?

I have to admit, there have been times when I wished I could spit through my front teeth, for shock value if for nothing else....

What is up with the spitting? How does someone come to the conclusion that spitting on the sidewalk is an okay thing to do?
