I'm knitting Nightingale from Rowan Story Book Knits for LL's Easter sweater.  I haven't seen this sweater out there on the intertubes. Too bad cause it's a sweet pattern. Perhaps I'm the only person foolhardy enough to knit a kid's sweater out of Rowan 4 ply cotton? Don't answer that.

gilmore vest

I finally got my greedy little hands on some Blue Sky Skinny Dyed (thanks kpixie!). I like this yarn so much more than their dyed cotton (pill city).

I quickly cast on for the Gilmore Vest (oh, Lorelei and Rory, how I miss you).

Will provide more info on yarn and pattern as I go, but right now I'm just enjoying a simple pattern.

I needed an excuse to knit this hat

Thank god someone at work had a baby otherwise I'd be sporting an adult version.
