Nightingale was finished Easter eve. Just in time to grab some loot from the rabbit.
Pattern: Nightingale by Marie Wallin in Rowan Storybook Knits
Yarn: Rowan 4 ply cotton in Fennel and, umm, some other colors
LL + I had a great time back home visiting family, eating too much, and seeing old friends and the new kids of old friends.
Check out this woman (upper right) giving my kid the eye. Bitch, please, we're in a Cracker Barrel. It never gets noisy there.
Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Nightingale turned out so beautifully and it looks wonderful on your daughter. Nice to hear you had a lovely easter break too.

Ha! Yep, Cracker Barrel is the quietest place on earth. Cute pictures, and the sweater is lovely. :)

Awwwwwwww, the sweater came out beautifully! And LL is such a little cutie! I think the woman in the photo is just looking at her thinking, "Oh look at that little darling! She's so dear and so bright. And those cheeks!" Because seriously, she'd have to be nuts to look at her and think otherwise.

The sweater is cute and all; but, seriously, that last picture is so freaking cute. I can hardly stand it.

That is the second garment I've seen this week from that book... must get a copy... your easter sweater is adorable! Love the purple ties. LL is so pinchable!

Yeah, like her kid never made a peep (or worse - probably blamed it on the dog) in public.
Love the sweater. Especially enjoy the purple ribbon. LL looks so cute and is getting so big.

That sweater is adorable and so much LL's style! No wonder she's so happy wearing it!

I adore the sweater, I think I will add a drawstring to the next pullover I make for Z. And the bitch with the look needs to get over herself! Gosh I get that look every day. My kids do too :^)

You are HILARIOUS. I thought Cracker Barrel was a Southern thing. I guess not!
But yeah, it's not like you're at TAO.
