A small quilt

A friend at work just brought a little girl home to join their family. I decided she needed a small girly-girl quilt.

Since the little one's dad loves to wear Hawaiian shirts, I used some of Hawaiian fabric I got from Nova (thanks Nova!).

The other fabrics are a mix solids, Amy Butler, Heather Ross, and Heather Bailey fabrics.

The quilting is simple , but I really like it.

Hooray for little girls!

I've been distracted. There's too much of this

to get any real knitting done.

I started Veronik Avery's corset cover from Knitting Classic Style, but let's face it, with the my summer schedule, the finished project may take awhile.
